Max Verstappen won a rain-delayed sprint race at the Singapore Formula One Grand on Saturday while George Russell's small title ambitions took another hit when he crashed out in leading position early on. Mercedes driver Russell beat pole sitter Verstappen of Red Bull for first place at the start which was delayed by half an hour because of a heavy downpour shortly before the original start time.
