Be a good teammate

Talk about sports, disagree with the take and not the person, and keep it readable for a general audience.

  • Sexual or violent content: sexual content, anything that sexualizes minors (reported to authorities), or graphic violence or gore.
  • Other people's personal information, including photos of private individuals or minors without permission, addresses, phone numbers or private messages.
  • Infringement: copying full articles, paywalled text or photos you don't have rights to; posting someone else's work as your own.
  • Misinformation presented as fact that could cause harm, impersonation of people, teams, leagues or journalists, or fake "breaking news".
  • Spam and manipulation: ads, repeated or duplicate posts, link farming, fake accounts, vote manipulation, or automated posting.
  • Gambling promotion: touts, paid picks, affiliate or referral links to betting sites, or encouraging minors to gamble.
  • Illegal activity or content that encourages it.
  • Abuse of the Site: scraping or bulk downloading, probing or bypassing security or rate limits, introducing malware, or interfering with other users.

What happens if you break the rules

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities. We decide what breaks this policy. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.
