Cameron Green has recovered from an abdominal injury and will play as a specialist batter. His return is significant as Australia prepares for the series-deciding third Test. While Matt Renshaw impressed in earlier matches, Green's experience may lead to a team reshuffle. The first Test saw Australia win, followed by a heavy defeat in the second. The decisive third Test will begin on October 27 in Cape Town.
